On Thursday December 8th, a professional jury from the field of art and science announced the winners of the DA4GA Award 2011. AQUA VITA, a collaboration between Mike Thompson, Susana Cámara Leret and The Netherlands Metabolomics Centre was awarded one of four €25,000 prizes to realise and exhibit the project at Naturalis, Leiden in June 2012.

On October 28th I was invited to give a lecture as part of the Nieuwe Energie In Design En Kunst symposium at Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen, Rotterdam alongside Fiona Raby (Dunne & Raby) and Theo Jansen. You can also view the panel discussion at Boijmans TV.
